[All day event] NEW Camp & Jam Labor Day Weekend
- Description:
- August 31 - Labor Day. This years focus will be on PASTURE PICKING. The location is a little farther north but it's a whole lot bigger. We've got more than 20 acres of dry camping. Any vehicle load of people, one price, $40 for 4 days gets you into the picking party. No concert ticket purchase necessary for pasture picking.
We will still have a concert stage show of some great bands from around the country and region. We are still working on a fantastic line up for the main stage. Daily tickets and weekend passes will be available for this gated event.
This year the NEW Camp & Jam will be held at the Northport International Raceway just 1 mile north on Highway 25 across the river from Northport, WA on the Big Sheep Creek Road.
An added attraction! Each year on labor day, the Town of Northport and surrounding community gather for the town-wide parade and celebration, with entertainment, food, crafts, and fun. The Bluegrass community will add a whole NEW aspect to this popular annual event.
Northport, located on the banks of the Northern end the Columbia river, is a more rustic smaller town of hearty friendly people. There is available but limited lodging in the area, restaurants & lounges including Washington's oldest continuously running establishment, Kuk's Tavern. There is a boat launch, as well as lot's of hiking and fishing opportunities
